The ONA Af 100 is a large die-sinking EDM machine from ONA Electroerosión. It is manufactured with a modular design that enables various configuration. The machine offers optimal flexibility to meet the customer's specific application needs. The series uses pre-built axes models in order to minimize the machine assembly time. It can be delivered in a customized system for the same cost and lead time as a conventional machine.

The machine has a solid mechanical structure that is made from stabilized fine grained cast iron mixed with graphite. It has a fixed bedframe and allows work pieces of up to 10000 kg.
